Evie's First Bath

Since her umbilical cord fell off, we had been given the go-ahead on Wednesday to give Evie her first bath.  So, this afternoon, after her lunch, we set up the bather and prepared ourselves for what we assumed would be an upset baby.  However, Evie, like her Mama, loves the bath.  She was very calm about the experience, even smiled some (though I suppose most would say that was caused by gas).

Unfortunately, immediately following the bath while she was still in her towel without a diaper, she had a poop-slosion.  So much for a newly cleaned baby!
