We had a girls night out this weekend to see Beautiful: The Carole King Story at a local theatre. Evie enjoyed the story and the music - she wasn't familiar with any Carole King music before.

These days since Peter Pan has closed, Evie has a lot of free time and I think she's really enjoying it. We are still doing horseback riding, but no dance, no theatre, leaving plenty of time for hanging out as a family and making sure homework gets done. She seems more and more grown up each day.
