Evie is enjoying her horseback riding lessons, and this week she got to do a special bit of care for the horse. She loves brushing them and picking their hooves; this week the horse she was assigned was a bit of an old guy and he needed a little extra bit of care. Holder horses are often given arthritis medication, but this guy has a hard time digesting it, so instead of medicine, he gets stretched. So even learned how to do stretches for old horses this week, and she loved it.
We got our Christmas decorations down this week and had a good time decorating the tree.
She turned 11 and a half today! We had a little dinner at Granna and Grannadaddy's, with Kathy and Rickie attending as well.
