This week has been full of Peter Pan rehearsal and school, but we snuck in some time for fun too. We went to dinner with Sophie from ballet, who is also planning to attend St. Mary's, and whose mom teaches there. So we got caught up on all things ballet (which Evie is no longer a part of) and St. Mary's. The girls find out on Friday if they were admitted, so we spent a long time talking about St. Mary's culture and school. They are both really excited about the possibility of attending, and especially of the possibility of being able to see each other at lunch and in some classes.

Sunday we had the Souper Bowl of Caring food drive, which Evie told me is one of her favorite events at church. The kids stand at the sanctuary doors and collect funds in large soup pots, and something about this is just so appealing to her, which I think is the sweetest thing.
